My Mission
My mission has never been clearer to me. It took many years for me to recognize my gift and my purpose. Since I have accepted what God has given me, it seems I have been on a steady path forward and up. As the end of the year quickly approaches, I find myself finding it hard to contain my excitement. Not only am I excited to see more family face over the holidays, but I am also excited to spread my love for fitness and martial arts further than I have before.
To live a life with purpose is the ultimate goal. Since the passing of my mom, I have been doing my best to live intentionally. Grieving is definitely a process, and I have been in the struggle since early this year. There are only tradeoffs in life. As I have made promises to myself and prayed for strength or favorable outcomes, I find myself in a situation some would be envious of. If they could see behinds the scenes, they may reconsider this crippling mirage of success. Knowing what you want or where you want to go in life is a gift and a curse.
I will use the remainder of my life to prepare my children for their purpose. My wife will receive my love and attention, so she can reach goals she has set for herself. Lastly, I will use my gifts to uplift others around me. I know I am not for everyone. However, I do know I have a tribe. I am for the people looking to build their warrior skills. Warrior skills should not JUST focus on combat. Instead, the focus will be on emotional regulation, increasing the body/ mind connection, and acquiring skills to build a life they can be proud of.
