I am a Marine veteran, who has also coached & trained corporate America for 10years. Helping people transform their body, increasing their resiliency, and strengthening their mind are some of my true passions. Being in the military granted me the opportunity to see how other people live around the world. Growing up in California doesn't offer much perspective into the rest of America. However, seeing many different cultures and being exposed to many dangers, I have grown fond of life and all the precious moments involved. Mainly the ones dealing with adversity. These moments bring new appreciation levels for life.
